Handheld wireless concrete GPR for inspections in tight spots, using SFCW radar that fits in the palm of your hand.

The GP8800 is a handheld concrete GPR. Screening Eagle describes it as the wireless stepped-frequency continuous-wave instrument for concrete inspection and structural imaging that fits in the palm of your hand.

It is the unit to reach for in tight and congested space: corners, congested slabs, and positions where a larger wheeled probe is awkward. A cross-polarized antenna and a wireless wheel can be reconfigured without tools, including trailing and side-car setups. The display is a compatible Apple iPad, with USB-C tethering available where Wi-Fi is restricted.

Smart Scanning rents and sells the GP8800 across Canada. The published hardware specs below are from Screening Eagle’s GP8800 page, so this listing describes the handheld unit itself.

  • Wireless handheld SFCW GPR
  • Built for tight and congested measuring positions
  • Cross-polarization with a reconfigurable wireless wheel
