Ultrasonic pulse-echo array for structural imaging, object detection, and defect detection in concrete.
The Pundit PD8050 puts structural imaging, object detection, and defect detection into one ultrasonic pulse-echo instrument. It is for non-destructive concrete testing: cracks, voids, delamination, and other subsurface defects, without opening the structure.
In the field it shows real-time 2D and 3D imaging, with AI-assisted analysis and wireless operation, as described on the Smart Scanning product page. One unit covers thickness, defect detection, and a quality check.
Smart Scanning rents and sells the PD8050 across Canada.
- Multi-channel ultrasonic pulse echo
